It is the time of year when everyone is looking for unique Christmas gift ideas.
Well here is a sweet idea that kids love (one of the many we have on our index). It is easy to make, takes very little time (10 minutes on the clock!), very little effort (and very little money). It is always a hit. I give you Santa's Candy tree. This idea has been such a hit in our house that we make this gift for all of our kids birthdays.

Here we go!

Materials:

Candy that your kids like
Colorful satin ribbon
Small colorful rubber bands
Cellophane bags (big and small)

Tools:

Scissors or Craft Knife

Instruction:


1. Put the candy in the cellophane bag.		2. Tie the bag with a rubber band.


3. Tie the satin ribbon over the rubber band. Leave enough ribbon to tie the bag to the tree branches.		4. Tie the satin ribbon to the tree branches. Keep the knot lose so it would be easy for the kids to pull the candy down.


5. Tie the satin ribbons close to each other in different height in order to give a "massive candy tree" effect.		6. NOW, call your kids and see how they pull the candy down.


7. Look how happy they are….
