We call it the mini family Christmas tree. Fill it up with pictures of your family dynasty and see what a thrill this original gift gives your parents.

Just follow the simple instruction.

Materials:

Small passport pictures of the family. You can use small pictures you print out of the computer.
A bonsai tree. You can find a Christmas bonsai tree.
Thin cardboard paper
A ribbon
Glue

Tools:

Scissors
Computer
Printer

Instruction:


1. Cut out all the pictures of your family members.		2. Glue the pictures to the cardboard paper. Allow some space between the pictures.


3. Cut out the pictures leaving some Bristol paper around them to create a "frame" look.		4. Make sure you didn't forget any family member.


5. Make a hole at the top of each picture.		6. Put the ribbon through the hole and make a knot close to the picture and another to tie the edges of the ribbon (make a shape of a ring with the ribbon).


7. Cut out the unnecessary bits of ribbon.		8. This is what your pictures should look like. I chose to take one picture of each married couple in my family.


9. Hang the pictures on the bonsai tree to show your dynasty: the grandparents on top, and grandchildren at the bottom. Make sure to hang the picture of the kids under their parent's picture.		10. There you have it! Your creative mini family tree that will give your parents a thrill.
